The Role
We are looking for a Programme Manager to deliver an intensive four-week startup accelerator in London for a visiting cohort of early-stage international companies. Working with a colleague, you will run the programme on the ground day to day: managing the schedule, coordinating mentors and partners, supporting the founders through a packed agenda of workshops, mentoring, and investor-readiness sessions, and making sure the experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a fast-moving programme, solving problems in real time, and looking after a cohort of founders who are a long way from home.
What you'll do
In the run-up:
-
Finalise the four-week schedule and session logistics from an agreed programme plan.
-
Confirm and brief mentors, workshop facilitators, partners, and guest speakers.
-
Organise logistics for the cohort while in the country.
-
Organise budget and contingencies for the duration of the programme.
-
Document detailed information about the work you are doing.
During the four weeks
-
Provide full-time, on-site programme management.
-
Run the daily and weekly schedule.
-
Provide responsive duty-of-care cover for the duration of the programme, including hands-on support in the event of a medical or other emergency, with a post-holder reachable at nights and weekends.
-
Manage venue, catering, AV, and partner coordination for all sessions.
-
Keep accurate records of delivery: attendance, sessions delivered, business meetings, participant progress, and expenditure.
-
Ensure adherence to all pre-determined programme goals and specification.
At the end
-
Complete final report adhering to programme guidelines. (details to be shared upon enrollment)
About you

-
Comfortable working with founders, investors, and corporate or professional partners; familiar with the startup and venture capital world.
-
Excellent written and spoken English and clear, professional communication with an international audience.
-
Available full-time and on site in London for the four-week delivery window, plus the short preparation period beforehand, with no competing commitments during the delivery weeks.
-
Calm and resourceful under pressure, with good judgement in handling the unexpected.
Desirable
-
Experience working with international companies.
-
Familiarity with delivering programmes for an external client or funder, including the reporting and record-keeping that involves.
