Capital moves globally
London Venture Capital Network has spent several years helping operators, executives and founders develop the knowledge and judgement to think and act like investors. The Global Fellowship carries that training beyond the UK, taught in person by experts and investors actively deploying capital, on a schedule built for busy professionals.
Each city hosts one cohort of Fellows, selected by competitive applications, with faculty drawn from the local ecosystem and the wider LVCN network of 50+ VC Partner Firms.

Programme Details
What will I learn by joining?
You will learn how investors evaluate opportunities and make decisions, and how to act on that yourself as an angel, a syndicate lead or a first-time fund manager. The programme is highly interactive and includes research, presentations, investment memos and live case work. Each week, Fellows will be required to submit assignments. The curriculum covers VC foundations, deal sourcing, investment thesis, due diligence, investment memos, investor relations and LP management, portfolio, funds and exits, closing with a live investment committee.
Will this be in person or virtual?
In person. The Global Fellowship runs as one in-person session per week in your cohort city, over ten weeks: a welcome social, eight weeks of teaching, and graduation. Sessions are held in the evening to accommodate working professionals, and days/timings are confirmed before applications open. Attendance is mandatory.
How will this help my career development?
Fellows leave with a defensible investment thesis of their own, a structured process for evaluating opportunities, a working command of the mechanics of venture transactions, and a network of investors and peers in their own market. The final investment committee gives you the experience of presenting a recommendation and defending it in front of practising investors. Sessions are led by venture capitalists, angel investors and fund leaders actively deploying capital, drawn from the local ecosystem and LVCN's 50+ VC partner firms.
How is the Fellowship funded?
To provide the highest value, we rely on charging a fee (£4,500 excl. VAT). The fee is the same in every city. Financial Aid is available for exceptional applicants on an as-needed basis. Financial aid is limited, and full fee waivers are not offered.
How many Fellows per Cohort?
This can vary between 10 - 20 candidates. Candidacy is competitive and entry is not guaranteed.
Am I guaranteed a VC job or internship if I join?
No! But we will provide you the tools to invest seriously in your own market, including live case work, a sector-focused mentor and a cohort of experienced professionals around you. We do not guarantee employment, fund commitments, investment opportunities or introductions to specific investors.
How do mentorship, support, and alumni access work?
We'll pair you with a relevant VC mentor to guide your growth, foster relationships with cohort peers, and grant lifetime LVCN alumni access upon programme completion, alongside Fellows from our global programmes.
When will first cohorts begin?
The founding cohorts in Singapore, Dubai and Istanbul are planned for 2027. Confirmed start dates, session timings and venues will be shared with registrants before applications open publicly.
Do I need to live in the cohort city?
Not necessarily, but you must be able to attend all sessions in person. In practice that means Fellows are based in the cohort city or able to travel there weekly. Travel and accommodation are the responsibility of each Fellow.
What language is the programme delivered in?
English, in every city. This is subject to change for certain cities in the future.
