Testimonials - Executive VC Fellowship

Ohan Mazigi

My experience with the programme has been incredibly valuable. I gained a strong understanding of the venture capital industry and the fundamental stages that make up the investment cycle. Equally rewarding was the opportunity to connect and network with VCs active in the field, which provided invaluable insights into how the industry operates day-to-day.

A highlight for me was taking on an investment project evaluating a real deal and ultimately pitching it. This hands-on experience not only deepened my learning but also gave me a true sense of what it takes to be a VC investor."

Programme Details

What will I learn by joining?

You will learn everything you need to know to break into a VC firm and how to pursue Angel Investing. Our programme is highly interactive and includes participating in research, presentations, investment memos, and more. Each week, LVCN Principals will be required to submit assignments. At LVCN, we emphasise our core verticals (found on home page) and encourage broad exposure to both venture capital firms and startups.

Will this be in person or virtual?

Entirely online. Two live sessions run each week: the Monday masterclass at 09:00 UK, which carries the teaching, and the Wednesday clinic at 18:00 UK, which is a supplementary Q&A on that material. You are required to attend at least one live each week and you choose which. Both are recorded and posted within 24 hours. London attendance is not required to complete the programme, earn certification, or access the alumni network.

How will this help my career development?

Participants take away various things from the Principals Programme and learn about all aspects of securing a job in VC including CV assistance, mentorship and connections to VC Partners. Several VC Fellows from our other programmes have successfully broken into the competitive world of Venture Capital through our VC education offerings. This course is particularly supportive of professionals operating globally.

What exactly does mentorship include?

Principal+ includes three 45-minute one-to-one sessions with an LVCN VC Partner, matched to you by sector or geography, followed by a written note. All Principals receive peer circle placement and lifetime alumni network access on completion. Mentorship does not include job introductions or investment opportunities. We define it narrowly because we intend to honour it.

How is the LVCN Principals Programme funded?

To provide the highest value, we rely on charging a fee shown above. Financial Aid is available for exceptional applicants on an as-needed basis. Financial aid is limited, and full fee waivers are not offered.

How many Principals per Cohort?

Around 30. Admission is competitive and entry is not guaranteed. We would rather run a smaller cohort than a weaker one.

Am I guaranteed a VC job or internship if I join?

No! But we will provide you the necessary tools to achieve your dream career in VC, including the chance to interview with some of our incredibly supportive VC Partner firms. On top of that, we will provide you with a network of passionate individuals who are eager to support you on your journey into the space.

How do mentorship, support,  and alumni access work?

We’ll pair you with a sector-focused VC mentor to guide your growth, foster relationships with cohort peers, and grant alumni network access upon program completion.

When will Cohort begin?

The expected start date will be in mid-September 2026.
